Paws & Pose: Yoga with Your Pet

• Dog-Friendly Behavior: All dogs should be well-socialized and comfortable around people and other dogs. Aggressive or overly anxious dogs may not be suitable for the class environment.
• Leash Protocol: Dogs should be kept on a leash when entering and exiting the class area. During the session, leashes can be removed if the instructor deems it safe, but owners should have them readily available.
• Health Check: Ensure your dog is in good health before attending. Avoid bringing dogs with contagious illnesses or injuries that could worsen during the session.
• Dog Vaccinations: Ensure that your dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date before participating. This helps prevent the spread of diseases among dogs.
• Cleanliness: Bring necessary items such as waste bags and a towel to clean up any messes your dog may create. Accidents happen, but it’s important to keep the space clean.
• Respect Personal Space: Dogs should be kept within your designated area during the class. Be mindful of your dog’s movements so they don’t disrupt others.
• No Forcing: If your dog seems uncomfortable with a pose or interaction, don’t force them. Their comfort is a priority.
• Hydration: Bring water for both you and your dog. Hydration is essential.
• Positive Reinforcement: Reward your dog with treats, praise, or pats for positive behaviour during the class.
• Size and Compatibility: Ensure that your dog’s size is appropriate for the class setting. Larger dogs might need more space, while smaller dogs might be more sensitive to interactions.
• Clean-Up: As you leave, double-check your area to make sure it’s clean and organized.
• Release of Liability: By participating in the Yoga with Pets session, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with yoga and dog interactions. You release the organizers, instructors, and venue from any liability in case of injury, illness, or damage to property.

Terms and Conditions

• The workshop is open to all pet owners with dogs categorized as Small and Medium on Saturday, 2 September 2023, and Large Dogs on Sunday, 3 September 2023.
• For the purpose of this workshop, dogs are categorized based on their weight. Dogs weighing below 10 kg are considered as small & medium, while dogs weighing 10 kg and above are categorized as large.
• The workshop will be held at The Star Vista, Tentage, Level 2 (in front of WATAMI), from 5.30pm to 6.30pm on both days.
• Each session is limited to 12 participants. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Admission fee for 1 pax + 1 dog is $35.
• Participants are expected to adhere to the house rules during the workshop. Please note that yoga mats are not provided. However, they are available for purchase at $10 each.
• Participants must register and pay the workshop fee in advance to secure their slot.
• Participants must ensure their dogs are healthy, well-behaved, and non-aggressive towards people and other dogs.
• Participants are responsible for the behavior and well-being of their dogs during the workshop.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times during the workshop, except when instructed by the workshop leader.
• Participants must clean up after their dogs. Waste bags will be provided.
• Redemption of the pet goodie bag is limited to 1 per registered participant.
• The organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, a full refund will be provided to registered participants.
• The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant and their dog from the workshop if they are deemed to be disruptive or a danger to others.
• By registering for this workshop, participants agree to allow the organizers and sponsors to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
